How to Join

Becoming a member is simple:

  1. Download the Membership Application Form (PDF) or complete the Online Application Form.

  2. Submit the completed form along with the required documents to the CPWCIC office or via email.

  3. Pay the applicable membership fee.

  4. Once approved, you will receive your official CPWCIC Membership Certificate.
